Does for Sale.
Buffalo Prairie BP Agatha
$300 OBO
Aggie is for sale primarily because we are making some very hard cuts in an effort to align the goats in our barn with our herd goals. We are decreasing number fairly dramatically in an effort to build the style of goat we like the best, which means getting down to just one or two in each age category. Aggie is easiest to milk with a machine. She has the sweetest personality and is an in your pocket goat. Also, Aggie is POLLED! This was her first freshening. She kidded all by herself with twin doe kids and did a spectacular job. No issues whatsoever. She made a very decent amount of milk for a first freshener. Aggie is currently dry and can be exposed to any of our bucks if desired for an extra cost.

Buffalo Prairie JR Lavender
$300 OBO
Lavender is for sale primarily because we are making some very hard cuts in an effort to align the goats in our barn with our herd goals. We are decreasing number fairly dramatically in an effort to build the style of goat we like the best, which means getting down to just one or two in each age category. Lavender is a delight. She took to milking like it was meant to be her job and has large teats that are so easy to hand milk. She wants to be with her people and loves a good scratch, but equally gets along well with her herd mates. She has freshened once with a very decent sized udder for a small, young first freshener. Her mother has an abundance of milk, as does her sire’s udder, so she should make an exceptional milker. Not likely a candidate to do well in the show ring, but would probably be a game participant. Lemmy is for sale primarily because we are making some very hard cuts in an effort to align the goats in our barn with our herd goals. We are decreasing number fairly dramatically in an effort to build the style of goat we like the best, which means getting down to just one or two in each age category. Lemmy is a workhorse. She makes a lot of milk. I prefer to milk her on a machine. She kids on her own and is a stellar mama. We have both dam raised and pulled kids with her and she thrives either way. See more details about her on her page (LINK HERE).

LD Ranch EZ Valentina
$400 OBO
Tina is just a sweet heart. Her udder is lovely in terms of shape, teat placement, attachments, and medial. She did really well at a very competitive show last spring. She is on the list of cuts again just because we are making some very hard cuts to reduce our herd size. She makes a ton of milk and milks consistently for a long time. If you’re a dam raising herd, she is an EXCELLENT mama.
(Photos are from a show at the end of a very long day, so please don’t mind the scrunchiness.)

Circle B Nubians Sushi
$200 OBO
Sushi is a delight. She freshened for the first time this year as a young yearling with a cute little udder (pictured 6 months fresh and on once a day milking), but shows a lot of promise. She won in the ring several times as a junior. She is super willing to go to work every morning and milks super easily. We use a milking machine and her teats are on the smaller side for a la mancha, but she does not mind being hand milked either. Such a good, sweet girl.

Tessa is everyone’s best friend. She wants to snuggle and is the first one at the door for treats. She also freshened as young yearling for the first time last year and has an extremely promising udder. Shape, texture, teat size and placement, medial, the whole package. It’s just little as she’s still in her awkward teenage years but as she matures should be incredible. Super easy to milk, stands like a pro. Could easily milk both with a machine and by hand.

Buffalo Prairie JR Victoire
$500 OBO
Vicky is as easy going as they come. She freshened super easily as a first freshening yearling and took to her milking job like a champ. She has nice big teats and a lovely udder texture, making milking her my hand almost easier than machine milking! Add a sweet personality and a knock out pedigree to boot and you’ve got a doe ready to rock in in the milk pail and potentially the show ring. Her mom has done really well in the show ring and her sire’s dam is an absolute knock out finished champion and incredible milker. She’s going to be fabulous.
